How to order?

On our website you can not only use free designs, but also order fully assembled products. Astrodevice accessories are manufactured to individual orders every time. Although you can add items to your shopping cart on our website, you cannot go straight to the checkout and pay for them. You will only do this once your order has been approved and completed. Once you have added the products to your basket and proceeded to the summary, you should enter your details and confirm production inquiry (it’s called Question). After we receive your Quesion, we will send you an e-mail with information about possible completion date, as well as cost and possible delivery date. If you accept these conditions, we will proceed with the production. After the production is completed, you will receive a payment details from us. As soon as we receive the payment, we will send you the products you ordered. Sometimes we can produce and assemble your accessories in a few days, but due to the volume of orders and the need for care, this process may take a little longer. On average, orders take one to four weeks to process. 

In brief:

  1. Browse our products and their documentation
  2. Add products to the shopping cart
  3. Click “checkout”
  4. Fill in the production questionaire form and click “Ask Question”
  5. Wait for our our response.
  6. Once the production is finished, pay for your order using the link we send you.
  7. We will ship the goods and you will be able to enjoy your new Astrodevice after a next  few days!

We accept bank transfers for all orders. 

Shipping

For each order the price and delivery time are calculated individually. The cost is influenced by many factors, such as quantity of ordered items, final size, weight, region of the world where the parcel is to be delivered, current exchange rates and often also personal preferences of the customer as to the courier company which suits him best.

First of all, however, our products are made to individual order, we can modify and personalize them according to your comments, add new elements and create non-standard packaging. All this makes that each consignment must be valued individually with an adjustment to the specifications sent by you.

To get the exact shipping cost for the products you are interested in, please use the production order form available after adding the products to the cart, or send us a separate inquiry via the contact form.

We use FedExUPS and DHL shipping services. Current terms of service of each courier company are available on their websites.
